From January 2, 2023, submission of electronic appeals is carried out through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for recording and processing appeals of citizens and legal entities  appeals.bel (website). At the same time, messages sent to the email address of OJSC "Minsk Margarine Plant": mail@margarin.by are not subject to the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 No. 300-З “On appeals from citizens and legal entities,” and replies to such messages are not sent.
