The plant becomes one of the best among the margarine factories of the USSR, and the products are not inferior in quality to foreign analogues
1953 year
The first pack of mayonnaise was produced. This year 2,3 thousand tons of mayonnaise and 2,5 thousand tons of margarine were produced. New equipment was purchased: two automated lines for the production of margarine in small packaging (company «Johnson», England) and a line for continuous deodorization of fats and oils (company «De-Smet», Belgium).
1970-1980 years
The period of a sharp increase in production volumes. If in 1970 the production of margarine was 25,4 thousand tons, then in 1980 the production of margarine was 51 thousand tons. Mayonnaise production increased in 2,4 times compared to 1970.
1990 year
There are already 18 types of margarine and mayonnaise, which amounted to 53 thousand tons of margarine and 4.5 thousand tons of mayonnaise.
2nd half of the 90s
The production of vegetable oil in a PET bottle has been started. Rapeseed oil was the first type to be packaged in a PET bottle.
End of the 90s
The company has mastered new technological processes: transesterification of fats and packaging of mayonnaise in polyethylene film. A line for the production of margarine in large-block (20 kg) packaging with a capacity of 30 tons of margarine per shift has been introduced.
December 30, 1993
The state enterprise «Minsk margarine plant» was transformed into the open joint stock company «Minsk margarine plant» and became a part of the concern «Belgospishcheprom».
1990-2000 years
The production was restructured: the public catering and trade complex and the mayonnaise department were separated into structural divisions.
2000 year
Participation of the company in the program «Rapeseed» in order to create its own base of vegetable oil. The company already produces 5294 tons of mayonnaise and 5731 tons of margarine products.
2003 year
The process of «freezing» of vegetable oils was introduced, which allowed to obtain oils with improved physical and chemical characteristics.
2006 year
A highly efficient oil filling line with a capacity of up to 3,000 bottles/hour was purchased. A PET bottle blowing machine has been added to the production cycle. The quality management system of STB ISO 9001-2009 has been implemented.
2008-2011 years
Modernization of the mayonnaise production department with the installation of German equipment. The oil refining section has been upgraded with the installation of a line for continuous refining and freezing of fats. During this period, the production of new types of products was carried out: horseradish, mustard in a glass jar, ketchup in a doy-pack package. The range of vegetable oils has expanded. Production of sunflower-olive, sunflower-corn, rapeseed-sunflower oils has been started.
2016 year
A continuous deodorization line of oils «Kirchfeld» with a high-pressure steam generator was put into operation, which allowed us to reach a new quality level of our products.
2017-2021 years
More than 80 types of products are produced, the production process is constantly being improved, and export supplies are increasing.
